Chapter Eight

The lash studio was set up exactly as he’d requested. On one side of the room, a large cushioned platform provided a soft spot instead of a traditional bed. To the side was a long Chesterfield sofa, a small wet bar, and nothing else. His equipment lay on a table and in the center of the room, beneath a soft spotlight, was a hanging crossbar.

He gauged his lover’s mood. She was teetering on the edge of excitement. He’d found her fascination for the rope scene arousing and mesmerizing. She was physically affected by the grunting coupling happening right before their eyes, but he knew right away she was keeping something to herself. He didn’t press, though, because Scarlet was a lot to take in, and she deserved however much time it took her to process all of this.

She went to the table where his bullwhip, a shorter lash, and a punishing flogger waited. He watched her touch each piece of equipment. Seeing her delicate fingers caress the leather that would mark her flesh turned his cock to stone.

“And me?” she quietly asked.

As expected, she bit her lip, looking a tad put out, but then gave in. “Okay.”

She was putty in his hands. He couldn’t be more pleased or turned on.
